Help decide which team was the best in Delaware high school sports during Week 4 of the spring sports season. Vote for the Delaware Online High School Sports Team of the Week. Nominations for Athlete of the Week and Team of the Week can be sent to high school sports reporter Brandon Holveck at bholveck@delawareonline.
com. Please send the name of the team or athlete you would like to nominate and a brief summary of their accomplishments in the past week. Polls are open to the public with unlimited voting from Monday through Thursday.
Winners are announced Friday. Here are this week's nominees: DELAWARE HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS: Vote for Week 4 Athlete of the Week Archmere golf: The Auks defeated Caesar Rodney 151-165 and Wilmington Friends 150-157. Caesar Rodney boys lacrosse: The Riders defeated Smyrna 11-9.
Delaware Military Academy baseball: The Seahawks had a 10-0 win over MOT Charter and a 9-2 win over Wilmington Friends. Saint Mark's girls soccer: The Spartans defeated Middletown 3-2 in overtime. Tower Hill girls lacrosse: The Hillers had a 21-14 win over Tatnall and a 20-4 win over Caravel.
