‘Every title is the first title’ — Vincent Kompany
FC Bayerm’s manager voices a humble and grounded take regarding wins.

Since his arrival, the team has seen many changes, almost all of which were positive. He made players feel respected while also demanding respect as the manager, gave the youth a bigger role in the first team and brought a fantastic tactical system that has yielded incredible results. Speaking about the title, the manager stays ever humble and shifts the focus to what matters — the games ahead.
