In a recent grade piece from Bleacher Report for all of Major League Baseball, they were awarded a "D-". The New York Mets , who have been on a monumental downslide, were given an "F" . For the Phils, there is still hope here.
As far as what has worked as what hasn't, the core of this lineup has yet to really make much of an impact. Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber have showed off their power thus far, with four and six home runs, respectively. But, both of them have been struggling overall.
Harper is currently batting at . 270, and Schwarber is flaunting a . 211 batting average.
