Richardson and Finucane win Track World Cup golds

Matt Richardson won Olympic silver for Australia at the Paris Games before switching allegiance to Great Britain Olympic silver medallist Matt Richardson stormed to two golds as Great Britain won nine medals , external at the Track World Cup in Hong Kong.
