3 trade-up targets for Steelers in 2026 NFL Draft
These three players are ideal trade-up targets for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2026 NFL Draft.
The 2026 NFL Draft is almost upon us, and there are a few prospects the Pittsburgh Steelers should trade up for on Day 1. From an exciting offensive lineman to one of the top wide receivers of his class, here's a look at three players that would make excellent trade-up targets during the 2026 NFL Draft. OL Spencer Fano, Utah Arm length concerns aside, the Steelers could use an offensive tackle prospect as talented as Fano to potentially replace the injured Broderick Jones.
And if push comes to shove, the Steelers can easily move Fano inside to left guard, where they could have one of the best interior offensive lines next to Zach Frazier and Mason McCormick. WR Jordyn Tyson, Arizona Injury concerns could lead to Tyson taking a tumble down the draft board. If Tyson somehow makes it out of the top 16, the Steelers cannot afford to wait five more picks until their 21st overall selection.
G Vega Ioane, Penn State Ioane has been heavily linked to the Steelers throughout the draft process — but the Baltimore Ravens could also be in the market for the talented guard prospect. It would be a home run if Pittsburgh can package some of their league-high 12 picks to leapfrog their AFC North rival and steal Ioane away.
