Tate girls, Navarre boys claim district track and field championships

Tate girls and Navarre boys track and field teams claimed district titles at the District 1-3A championships. Check out the results.

Tate girls track and field and Navarre boys track and field were the big winners at Saturday's District 1-3A championships. The Aggie girls and Raiders boys walked away from the meet, which was hosted at Pine Forest, with district titles. The Tate girls scored 133.

5 points, while Pine Forest finished second with 111. 5 points. The Aggies brought home a district title in Paul Bryan's first year as head coach .

Bryan was the long time head coach at Pine Forest before stepping down from the position in 2024 and serving as a volunteer assistant in 2025. The Navarre boys finished with 154 points, well clear of defending district champion Pace, who finished second with 102 points. Below is a complete list of local athletes who automatically qualified for regionals by finishing in the top two of their respective events.
