Gokhan Saricam flattened Tanner Boser at UFC Winnipeg

In his first trip to the octagon, Saricam walked out with a victory after scoring an impressive knockout of the returning Tanner Boser on the UFC Winnipeg preliminary card Saturday.

Though he failed to take Boser down, Saricam was doing plenty of damage with his punches and had a healthy lead on the scorecards going into Round 2.
The Turkish standout stuck with the game plan and eventually caught Boser with a straight right that dropped the Canadian to the canvas. Referee Herb Dean soon stepped in with Saricam landing heavy ground-and-pound. The official time of the stoppage was 4:43 of the second round.
