Dodgers Set Lineup vs. Rockies as Roster Move Looms

Yahoo Sports

The Dodgers unveiled their lineup for the second of a four-game series against the Rockies, with a roster move lurking.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are hoping to keep their five game win-streak going against the Colorado Rockies. The Dodgers enter Saturday’s game with a roster move in the works, as outfield prospect Ryan Ward is on the taxi squad awaiting the team’s decision. There was speculation that Teoscar Hernandez, who fouled a ball off his foot, potentially picked up an injury, but he is in the batting order for Saturday’s game.

Seemingly, it is a depth piece set to be sent down to the minor leagues or placed on the IL with a hidden injury or possible paternity leave.
