Here's what we noticed from LSU football's 12th spring football practice inside Tiger Stadium Saturday, April 18.
BATON ROUGE – LSU footbal l held its second scrimmage of spring practice inside Tiger Stadium Saturday afternoon. Coach Lane Kiffin had the Tigers run through 16 drives, which featured plenty of the first team offense battling the first team defense, as the LSU coaching staff had the teams work through some end-of-game situations and red zone. Here are the biggest takeaways from LSU's 12th practice of the spring session .

This is the first day where he spent most of the session on the sideline. Linebacker Whit Weeks also did not go through workouts with the team.
Quarterback Sam Leavitt also remained out. Florida transfer wide receiver Eugene Wilson III also did not participate in any portion of practice. Junior starting safety Tamarcus Cooley missed his second day of practice.
Both Wilson and Cooley were present but on the sideline. Tennessee transfer center William Satterwhite was absent from Saturday's practice, the first time he has missed any time this spring. Fellow Tennessee transfer edge rusher Jordan Ross was also not seen going through drills.
