That’s a bad break for the White Sox, who had about as many hits last night as they’d had in a normal week over the past four seasons.
Trying to build on the pitching momentum from last night’s fine performance by Davis Martin will be Erick Fedde, who’s having a solid year so far with a 3. 63 ERA (4. 22 FIP) and 1.
063 WHIP. Fedde was particularly strong last time out, giving up just a solo homer to the Royals in five innings. Trying to tame the Big Sox Machine will be veteran righty Luis Severino, who is having a lousy season so far (0-2 with a 5.
