Intel: Top Michigan Football recruiting targets visit for the spring game

Mandatory Credit: David Reginek-Imagn Images Michigan is hosting several priority targets across the 2027 and 2028 classes this weekend with the spring game as the main headliner, as well as group of 2026 signees and a trio of 2027 commits. Maize n Brew breaks down key prospects who are in Ann Arbor and where things currently stand.

2027 WR Dakota Guerrant The must-land wide receiver from Harper Woods (Mich. ) High wore Michigan themed Jordan’s for his spring return. He was last on campus in March to take in how the new coaching staff is running the operation and the revamped offense.

Senior director of recruiting relations Ron Bellamy spent a few minutes with Guerrant. Oregon, a major contender for Guerrant, will get him back to Eugene for an official in June, with the Wolverines expected to host him during Victor’s Weekend. 2027 WR Quentin Burrell Notre Dame is the perceived leader for Burrell, but Michigan was also among his Top 4 programs released on Wednesday.

His official visit schedule was announced that same day as well, with U-M set to welcome him back on June 19 for Victor’s Weekend. He’ll be in South Bend the week prior and is heading to Arizona State at the end of the month. Right now, the Wolverines need to do everything possible to overcome the competition for Burrell.
