Having faced the MCC at Lord's on Thursday the games were the latest as they prepare to go to Cyprus next month for the first round of European qualifying for the 2028 T20 World Cup. Scotland impressed in the opening game as they won by 17 runs.

Lloyd Brown (76) and Michael English (57) put on 131 for the second wicket as the Scots reached 191-6 in their 20 overs - both fell victim to Zak Tribe's bowling as he took 4-28. Jersey struggled in reply - slumping to 30-3 as Charlie Brennan and Tribe went cheaply, but Harrison Carlyon (52) and Patrick Gouge (33) steadied the innings while Julius Sumerauer scored a quick-fire 40 before he was run out. But Jersey's tail struggled to make an impact as they were bowled out for 164 with two balls to spare.

In the second game the Scots ran out nine-wicket winners. Batting first Jersey made 180-7 as Tribe scored 65 and Carlyon 34 as Jack Hogarth took 3-38. In reply Hampshire batter Ali Orr impressed as he hit 102 not out including four sixes as the Scots reached their target with four overs to spare.
