WrestleMania 42 match card: Full order for Night 1
The build has been awful. The event will be overbooked. But underneath the slop will be matches worthy of WrestleMania.
Welcome to one of the least anticipated WrestleManias in the event's storied history. A cascading effect of stale storylines, rising ticket prices and celebrity over-involvement have turned the biggest spectacle in professional wrestling into a disinterested shrug on the pro wrestling landscape. WrestleMania 42 will feature a handful of great matches and a hefty heaping of nonsense, whether in the form of a last-minute Pat McAfee insertion in night one's main event or the entirety of night two, which McAfee loudly told the world on national television is "[expletive].
" The lack of cohesion and storytelling threatens to pull focus from a roster of talented individuals capable of delivering above and beyond how the card looks on paper. We don't know the exact order yet, but we know who'll be performing and have a rough idea what the order will look like. 1. The Vision (Logan Paul and Austin Theory) and IShowSpeed vs.
The Usos and LA Knight 2. AJ Lee (c) vs. Becky Lynch for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship 3.
