The USA Today Florida Network top 100 is the annual list of the best rising senior football players in the state.

If you want elite wide receivers, go to Florida. Ohio State's Carnell Tate (IMG Academy) could be the first receivers taken in the upcoming NFL Draft, fellow Buckeye receiver Jeremiah Smith (Chaminade-Madonna) arguably is the most talented college football player in the nation and Miami's Malachi Toney (American Heritage) dominated as a true freshman. It's nothing new.

Florida has always produced elite skill position players. Pro Football Hall of Famers Michael Irvin, Andre Johnson, Isaac Bruce and Devin Hester are some of the talented players to come from Florida. The class of 2027 is shaping up to be another elite wide receiver group from the Sunshine State.
