With one out, catcher Cal Raleigh drew a four-pitch walk, center fielder Julio Rodriguez hit a double and first baseman Josh Naylor earned a walk following a 10-pitch plate appearance against Rangers starting pitcher Jacob deGrom. With the bases juiced, left fielder Randy Arozarena fell behind to deGrom 0-2 and struck out swinging on five pitches. Right fielder Luke Raley stepped to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs and struck out swinging on six pitches.
