While Pavlović first broke onto the global scene years ago, this season truly marks his emergence as one of the world’s best as unfortunately for Germany and Bayern Munich, Pavlović significantly struggled with illness and knocks throughout his first couple seasons for club and country. That has changed now as Pavlović has truly became a world beater this season and with consistent playtime it has become clear that he is able to decide matches with his performance.

When asked about this ability, Pavlović was his humble self and played it cool. “You never know, maybe I’ll score a goal in a Champions League final one day, something like that increases the chances of the fans perhaps counting you among them one day (laughs).
