ROUNDUP: RHIT men ranked among tops in D3 tennis; Vikings get 5th baseball win
The Rose-Hulman men's tennis team jumped into the ITA national rankings at the beginning of April, being ranked 58th in the country across all NCAA Division III programs. The team now ranks 62nd in this week's ITA rankings. The Engineers currently sit at 10-7 overall with a 4-0 record in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
They have been named HCAC champions the previous two seasons, making NCAA tournament appearances at the end of the 2024-25 and 2023-24 campaigns. There are two weeks left in the regular season before the Engineers compete in the HCAC men's tennis tournament in Indianapolis starting April 29. , Rose-Hulman split a doubleheader at Spalding on Thursday. Rose-Hulman dropped the first game 5-4 before bouncing back with a 6-4 victory in Game 2. Aubrey Smith performed strong in the circle in Game 1 as she went 7.
