Final pre-event road closures announced ahead of NFL Draft in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (BLACK AND GOLD NATION) — Phase 3 road closures and traffic modifications were announced Friday in advance of the 2026 NFL Draft taking place April 23-25. The Pittsburgh Local Organizing Committee, in partnership with PennDOT, Allegheny County, the City of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) announced the closures, which are the most significant traffic adjustments ahead of the Draft.

Under the closures, North Shore and Downtown will be transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly space for draft day activities.
