49ers linebacker looks like an absolute monster in new training video

•Yahoo Sports

The San Francisco 49ers have a loaded linebacker room heading into their 2026 season, and one of their projected starters appears to be training hard.

The San Francisco 49ers have really put together a strong linebacker room for the 2026 season after bringing back Dre Greenlaw and re-signing Luke Gifford and Garret Wallow. Greenlaw's return to San Francisco should be one of the team's most impactful moves of the offseason, as the 49ers really struggled at linebacker in 2025 with many players dealing with injuries at the position. After a year away, the 28-year-old veteran is making sure his body is ready to withstanding the rigors of another NFL season, as a video recently surfaced showing Greenlaw training.

Hopefully, he'll stick to tackling his opponents with the 49ers in 2026, but it's good to know he could use his hands if necessary.
