While more cornerback and edge rusher help could be on the table, the Browns' biggest needs are on the offensive side of the ball. Andrew Berry needs to add help at two key positions on offense: Wide receiver and offensive line, and specifically, offensive tackle. Tight end depth is also worth looking at, but OL and WR are by far the biggest needs.
With such needs, ESPN analyst Ben Solak is urging the Browns to not just draft a WR and OL, but to double-dip at both positions, landing not just starting-caliber players, but depth at both spots as well. Browns urged to take multiple OL and WR in 2026 draft "Draft multiple offensive linemen and multiple receivers, unless safety and defensive tackle fall your way in the middle rounds," Solak writes. While Solak isn't calling on the Browns to operate with reckless abandon and force themselves to draft multiple wide receivers and offensive linemen, if the Browns can realistically draft multiple of each position, it's something worth exploring.
There will be plenty of focus on the Browns' early-round picks, at No. 6, 24, and 37 in the first two rounds. Add in picks 70, 107, 146, 149, 206, and 248, and the Browns should have plenty of chances to take WRs and OL in the draft.
