The Bills had a Day 2 run defender in for pre-draft visit.

The Buffalo Bills have consistently looked at positive run defender prospects ahead of the 2026 NFL draft and Iowa Stateโ€™s Domonique Orange onto that list. According to Essentially Sportsโ€™ย Tony Pauline, the defensive tackle had a top-30 visit in Buffalo earlier this month. With the change to a 3-4 defensive front (3 D-line, 4 LBs) under new coordinator Jim Leonhard, the Bills are making a big push at finding the right personnel for the unit.

Former head coach Sean McDermott ran a 4-3 defense. NFL. com labels Orange as a potential Day 2 draft pick.

In that area of the draft, Buffalo currently just holds the No. 91 selection in Round 3. At 6-foot-3 and 322 pounds, Orange would bring a big body to the nose tackle position in Buffalo.

Pro Football Focus graded Orange a positive 68. 3 overall mark for his efforts in 2025. In 12 games played last season, Orange had 18 tackles, including half for a loss.
