Dana White shares thoughts on Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn and hits out at rival promoters

Despite that, he stopped short of confirming any agreement, leaving the situation open rather than settled.

He said: “I agree with everything he [Benn] said. That’s why I’m in the business right now, is to make the fights that people want to see. ” Zuffa Boxing’s founder also used the opportunity to criticise rival promoters, adding: “This sport is way more broken than I even thought it was.

I’ve already done more fights this year, my first year, than all the promoters combined. ” Conor Benn quickly commits future to Zuffa Boxing Benn’s period as a free agent proved brief following his win last weekend. He became available to negotiate with other promoters after Saturday’s fight, but moved quickly to secure his future, as many fans expected.

After previously agreeing a $15 million one-fight deal, the Briton has now signed a longer contract. The new agreement with Zuffa Boxing is set to run for two and a half years, reinforcing White’s plans moving forward.
