Duke basketball transfer portal tracker (April 17, 2026)

Yahoo Sports

Tracking Duke basketball's activity in the transfer portal heading into the 2026-27 season.

The transfer portal has been open for 11 days now, and Duke has yet to sign a player out of it, which begs the question: Is Jon Scheyer content with what he has on the roster right now? While there are still plenty of talented players out there, the amount of incoming talent from the nation’s top-ranked recruiting class, plus the return of Cayden Boozer and others, suggests that the Blue Devils might be set or just need one more player to fill out what should be a national-title-contending roster. There’s still time for Scheyer to make some moves, but for right now, the Blue Devils have been quiet in the transfer portal.

Here’s an updated look at where Duke stands. Departures Darren Harris (G) - The rising junior will play for Indiana next season after spending his first two seasons with the Blue Devils. While he earned some playing time during Caleb Foster’s absence during the ACC and part of the NCAA Tournament, he never worked himself into the regular rotation.

Nikolas Khamenia (F) - While there is still hope that he could come back for his sophomore season, Khamenia has continued to stay in the transfer portal. Arrivals None Likely Departing for NBA Cameron Boozer (F) Isaiah Evans (G) Patrick Ngongba (C) Returning Cayden Boozer (G) - Boozer announced on Thursday his intent to return for his sophomore season, giving Duke a starter at the guard position. Likely Returning Caleb Foster (G) Dame Sarr (G) Sebastian Wilkins (G) This article originally appeared on Duke Wire: Duke basketball transfer portal tracker (April 17, 2026)
