'Feel good factor' as Sky Blues smell promotion

"After everything that we've been through, there's no other club that deserves this more," said 23-year-old supporter Alex Craig. He has been a supporter along with his father, from the age of three, and for the first time in his life he may get the chance to see his team stand shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United. "I've seen us right at the bottom in League One and League Two, struggling.
The Premier League has always been the be all and end all of English football," he said. "I was at Blackburn last season, where we only saw 900 fans and now we're taking 7,000. For me, it's just a day I'm really, really excited about.
" And he is not the only one. That buzz extends around the city, with flags being flown, blue smoke being released into the air, and even blue snacks being created.
