So is it even remotely possible they spend a draft pick on a quarterback? Rutgers quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis is going to visit the Bengals on Wednesday. They’re one of many teams Kaliakmanis is visiting with this week, and he’s already had a formal with the Bengals.
