Following Penn State's hiring of Matt Campbell from Iowa State, the Pennsylvania native has returned to the state to continue his college football career with the Nittany Lions as one of the many transfer portal additions this offseason.

Career Stats Fileppo appeared in all 12 of West Virginia's games last season as a true freshman. During that time, he compiled 12 tackles and one tackle for loss. Most notably, he had a career-high 5 tackles against Texas Tech.
