Former five-star recruit, Big Ten foe announces transfer to Wisconsin

Former Iowa Hawkeyes starter Addie Deal announced she'd be joining the Wisconsin Badgers . Deal took to Instagram on April 15 with the caption, "ALL INNN!! Go Badgers , baby!

" The 6-foot California native was a five-star high-school prospect who started just three of the Hawkeyes 34 games a year ago. An injury allowed Deal to enter the starting lineup, but she was quickly pulled as the team went on a three-game losing streak. Deal averaged 5.

1 points, 1. 6 assists, and 1. 2 rebounds per game in her freshman season.

She shot 39. 4% from the field as she averaged 15. 5 minutes per game.
