Pocono great Sebastian Joseph-Day to host youth football camp at Stroudsburg

Super Bowl champion and Stroudsburg alum Sebastian Joseph-Day is returning to his alma mater to host his second youth football camp.

One of the Poconos' greatest football players is returning to his alma mater as Stroudsburg alum and NFL defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day will host his second youth football camp at his alma mater. Joseph-Day, who currently plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers , is hosting a camp for ages 8-14 on May 23, 2026, at Stroudsburg High School. The camp is presented by The Joseph-Day Family Foundation.

"I'm honored and excited to come home and make this camp a special day for the kids of Stroudsburg and the Poconos as a whole," Joseph-Day told the Pocono Record. League Leaders going into Week 3 Joseph-Day, 31, played collegiately at Rutgers where he earned All-Big Ten honorable mention honors during his final year for the Scarlet Knights . He was then drafted in the sixth round, 195th overall, in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams , where he started every game over three years, including the 2021 season, when the Rams won the Super Bowl over the Cincinnati Bengals. After leaving the Rams, Joseph-Day played for the Los Angeles Chargers, San Francisco 49ers and the Tennessee Titans, the latter of which he played the last two seasons with before signing with Pittsburgh as a free agent.

This will be the first time that the Stroudsburg native will play for a Pennsylvania NFL franchise since turning pro. He's recorded 314 total tackles and 15. 5 sacks in 107 career NFL games, including 90 starts.
