twitter. com/TWhSTLM7h2 — NFL Jersey Numbers (@nfl_jersey_num) April 15, 2026 Johnston, a nine-year veteran, rejoined the Steelers on a one-year deal in March 2026, less than a year after being released by the team after failing to beat out Corliss Waitman for the starting punter job. Currently the only punter on the roster, Johnston will look to make a statement in what could be a bounce-back year in 2026, featuring a new special teams coordinator in Danny Crossman.
