Everyone knew Jaeli Jones could score and rebound. She has been among the Monroe County Region’s best in those categories since she first appeared as a freshman for Summerfield’s girls basketball team. But that wasn’t enough in her senior season.

No one else averaged more than 3. 7. “When teams are pressing up on Jaeli, she becomes more of a guard,” Summerfield coach Mickey Moody said.
