DiNardo scores twice in Virginia lacrosse regular season finale
ELMIRA, N. Y. (WETM) – Corning grad Jenna DiNardo helped The University of Virginia women’s lacrosse team to a big rival win Thursday night.
(PHOTO: Virginia Athletics) DiNardo, a junior at attack for the Cavaliers, netted two goals and added one assist in Virginia’s 13-10 win at Virginia Tech. For the season, DiNardo now has 24 goals and eight assists for #22 Virginia (8-8, 6-4 ACC). DiNardo is currently second on the team in goals (24) and third in total points (32).
Jenna is a 2026 USA Lacrosse Preseason All-American pick and she scored her 100th career point earlier this season. DiNardo made the All-ACC Second Team last season and earned a spot on the ACC All-Freshman Team back in 2024. Thursday was the second consecutive win for Virginia and third in their last four games.
