The NFL Draft is nearly here, and with expectations back in the New Orleans Saints building, many fans, players, and staff members are looking forward to the 2026 season. This is what happens when you seem to hit on a young QB, HC, have an excellent draft class, and finish the season with a bunch of wins. With the excitement of being back in New Orleans, many former players have been as motivated to speak about the team and give their thoughts on certain things.

In an exclusive interview with Kyle Odegard of Action Network , former Saints QB Jim Everett spoke on the current state of the Saints and some thoughts on the QBs. When talking about the Saints' cap space, which was a bit better this offseason, Everett had this to say: "New Orleans has been notoriously bad on the cap. I love their personnel decisions.
