With Keenan Allen (we think) not returning, Herbert's weapons, at the time of writing, consist of Tre Harris, Ladd McConkey, and Quentin Johnson. Those are the big three that Mike McDaniel will have to work with. Is that enough?

"We're really excited about the wide receiver room," Hortiz said via ESPN . "[Offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel] has talked about it. Just development all those guys have made.
