Alabama football offers Maximus Curry, BGA 2028 wide receiver

BGA wide receiver Maximus Curry has received an offer from Alabama football and coach Kalen DeBoer.

Battle Ground Academy's Maximus Curry continues to add to an impressive offer sheet ahead of his junior season. After a visit to Tuscaloosa, the lightning-quick Curry has received an offer from Alabama and coach Kalen DeBoer, he announced in an April 16 post on X. Curry also holds offers from Tennessee , Miami, Vanderbilt, Auburn, Ole Miss and more.

Football winner Kaedyn Marable , catching 57 passes for 1,404 yards with 20 touchdowns, averaging just over 100 yards per game. In the state championship game, Curry recorded nine catches for 176 yards and three touchdowns as BGA knocked off rival FRA, 61-27. He earned TSWA and TnFCA All-State honors while also being named to The Tennessean's All-Midstate Large Class Second Team .

Curry's father Brandon, who played football at Hunters Lane and then Middle Tennessee State, is among the world's top bodybuilders and a Mr. Olympia. BGA and coach Bobby Bentley also return star freshman wideout Maddox Porter, who led the Wildcats with 78 catches for 1,547 yards and 27 touchdowns last season.
