A North Carolina Central University student-athlete has been charged with raping a teammate. According to the arrest warrant, 19-year-old Alan Webster III, of Fuquay-Varina, was charged with second-degree forcible rape. Webster, a sophomore on the track and field team, is being held without bail in the Jan.
