Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion labeled himself as the best wide receiver in the 2026 NFL Draft class.

There is a possibility that the New England Patriots will be able to select Texas A&M standout KC Concepcion with the No. 31 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, with all confidence. But how assured will Concepcion be in himself in the NFL, New England included?

In ”A letter to NFL GMs,” penned by Concepcion for The Players’ Tribune, the North Carolina native placed himself above his peers at the wide receiver position in the 2026 NFL Draft class. “I’m the best receiver in this draft,” Concepcion said. “But, at the end of the day, I’m so much more than just a football player.

” Concepcion’s play on the field in 2025 resulted in him recording 919 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. He also recorded 456 punt return yards last season, bringing him to 1,450 all-purpose yards on the year and a consensus first-team All-American nod as an all-purpose player. Concepcion is a wide receiver who is adept at playing out of the slot, as well as on the outside.

He projects to be a needed addition to the Patriots ’ receiving corps if New England selects him in the draft. Follow Patriots Wire on Twitter and Facebook . This article originally appeared on Patriots Wire: Potential Patriots draft target calls himself best WR in 2026 class
