2026 NFL draft: Arizona Cardinals hosted Miami OT Francis Mauigoa
The Arizona Cardinals hosted a prospect they have often have been projected to draft in the first round.
The period for prospects to have official visits to NFL teams is over. The Arizona Cardinals and the rest of the league were able to host up to 30 prospects leading up to the 2026 NFL draft. Many have been reported.
One notable player the Cardinals could select in the first round had a visit that previously went unreported. PHNX Cardinals reported that the Cardinals hosted Miami tackle Francis Mauigoa in a top-30 visit. Mauigoa is largely regarded as the best tackle prospect in the draft, and he has often been projected to be selected by the Cardinals with the third overall pick in the draft.
He is over 6-5 and weighs 329 pounds with 33 1/4-inch arms. He was a three-year starter at right tackle for Miami and was a team captain in 2025. He is one of the top candidates for the Cardinals to draft in the first round.
The NFL draft begins next Thursday, April 23 at 8 p. m. ET from Pittsburgh.
