After playing with Shedeur Sanders at Jackson State, Kevin Coleman Jr. is hoping for a reunion in the NFL.

From Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase to Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith, the NFL has a rich history of college quarterbacks reconnecting with their former teammates at the pro level, and a Missouri wideout wants to add one more to the mix. Kevin Coleman Jr. , a standout for the Tigers, told reporter Kay Adams that he would like to reunite with former Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders in Cleveland.

Sanders and Coleman played together at Jackson State at the FCS level in 2022, connecting for 510 yards and three touchdowns on 33 receptions. "Nah, that's my guy," Coleman said of Sanders. "I'm super happy for him, proud of him for where he's at right now, proud of the guy he's becoming, but that would be crazy.

Freshman year, the chemistry we got, [he's] just a great guy. I'd love to go back and play with him as well. " Mizzou WR Kevin Coleman Jr.
