Calallen wins first regional golf title; London repeats as regional champs
The Calallen and London boys golf teams captured regional championships in their respective classifications this past week with both programs advancing to the UIL state tournament. For Calallen, the title marked the first regional championship in program history. The Wildcats secured their historic Region IV-4A crown with a two-day score of 619 to finish ahead of La Vernia and Davenport in the team standings.

Ian Yzaguirre added a 153, Austin Haigood shot a 156 followed by Tyler OโBrien (160) and Hayden Aguilar (161). London secured the Class 3A Region IV title with a team score of 672.
