The Detroit Pistons are even closer now to finding out their first-round opponent in the NBA playoffs. The Philadelphia 76ers advanced on Wednesday by beating the Orlando Magic, 109-97. Philadelphia will now face the Boston Celtics.
The Magic will host the Charlotte Hornets on Friday with the winner playing the Pistons on Sunday at Little Caesars Arena. Charlotte advanced with a victory in overtime over the Heat on Tuesday.
