Howard, 40, filed for divorce from Amber — a rapper who goes by the name Amy Luciani — on Monday, March 9. Amber filed for divorce hours later, TMZ was first to report . The retired NBA player was married to the rapper for 14 months.

Amber Rose had previously filed for divorce last summer before the two reconciled. PEOPLE previously confirmed that authorities were called to his Suwanee, Ga. home three separate times on successive days from March 5-7 for what police say were a suicide threat, a domestic incident and a theft report.

He told authorities that Amber Rose took “all” of his possessions, a quartz crystal chain, a wedding ring, phones and money from his car, according to police body camera footage obtained by PEOPLE on Tuesday, March 17. Dwight alleged Amber Rose stole close to $20,000 from him.
