🤬 Real Madrid abuse referee: you're a disgrace! He'd forgotten 🟥 Bayern Munich-Real Madrid was a quarter-final worthy of expectations, perhaps even surpassing them in every possible aspect: quality, mistakes, suspense, and even controversy. Because at the end of the match, the blancos went after referee Vincic, with Guler (sent off) and Bellingham in particular protesting Camavinga’s dismissal late in the game.

🟥 Red card for Camavinga: was it the right call? The referee had forgotten Camavinga came on in the 61st minute and was booked in the 71st for a foul on Musiala. The Real player then brought down Kane in the 86th without much force.

The midfielder, however, protested and picked up the ball with his hand to delay the taking of the free-kick. Referee Vincic booked him, but forgot he had already shown him a yellow card earlier. Bayern players pointed it out to him and the official sent him off.

A decision "excessive" according to former referee Gianpaolo Calvarese on Prime Video: "He picks up the ball with his hand but only takes a few steps, almost placing it on the spot of the free-kick. For me, it’s not a yellow card. It’s a serious mistake, one that can’t be corrected in the VAR era ".

Calvarese continued: “In my opinion, it was excessive. A second yellow has to be certain, especially in a Champions League semi-final. His behaviour made me think he had forgotten that Camavinga had already been booked; from his body language it seems almost certain.
