Heading into the 2026 season, here are the biggest Patriots bargains based on early fantasy expert consensus rankings

Fantasy expert consensus rankings (โ€œECRโ€) are starting to pop up across the Internet, giving managers an early glimpse into how the market might value hundreds of players this summer. As we look ahead to the 2026 season, here are the biggest Patriots bargains based on ECR. The defending Super Bowl runner-up has the capacity to yield more high-end fantasy scorers.

Last year, Stefon Diggs was their top-producing WR, ranked 25th in points per game. No other Patriots were in the top 50. At running back, neither TreVeyon Henderson nor Rhamondre Stevenson cracked the top 20 in points per game; even Kenneth Gainwell finished above them.

Based on their current roster, there seem to be three high-probability bargains. The first is Henderson (RB20 ECR), who should push past Stevenson as the 1A. Additionally, the younger RB is primed for at least a few bell-cow starts, as Stevenson has averaged three missed games each season of his five-year career, and his longtime fumbling woes might finally catch up to him.

Henderson is poised to enter the top 12. Romeo Doubs (WR54 ECR) and Kayshon Boutte (WR65 ECR) are well-positioned to post top-40 numbers, with one of them having a shot at replacing Diggs as the (mostly) unquestioned alpha. The one caveat is whether New England uses at least one of its 11 draft picks on an instant-impact wideout.
