Why the Rams should consider trading down from No. 13 in the draft
Unless a player they covet falls to No. 13, the Rams should think about trading down in Round 1.

13. If the Rams were to trade back from 13, there's a chance they could get a future first-round pick, on top of other compensation in return. That pick they get may be a bit more down the river, but it's bound to yield promising options who can help the team win now and win in the future.
