The Hawkeyes have entered the mix for a highly-sought-after 2027 tight end.

The Hawkeyes are still working on their 2027 recruiting class, and now they're looking to add some prolific talent to the group.

Iowa already has legacy commit Jaxx DeJean in the 2027 class at the tight end position, where they'll look to pair him with a rising star from Oklahoma. On Tuesday night, 2027 three-star tight end Ben Kolar announced on social media that he's received an offer from the Hawkeyes. I am incredibly blessed to have received an offer from Iowa!
