Browns want to trade down: Should Rams move up?
Would Rams be interested in moving up for any of these players?

Brugler has Cleveland going down from 6 to 12 with the Cowboys in his mock draft, but could this be Les Snead’s opportunity to have the Rams move up?
If there aren’t many takers for Cleveland’s pick, then L. A. ‘s cost to move up from 13 to 6 for a player like Caleb Downs might not be that costly.
