New Washington Commanders helmet and jerseys revealed
New uniform and helmets are here
The Washington Commanders announced last month that a new alternate helmet and uniform were debuting today, April 15th, and that day has arrived! The Commanders introduced white ‘ Super Bowl Era’ alternates last season that are expected to replace the current uniforms. Washington has now debuted a burgundy that is expected to eventually replace the current burgundy jerseys.
The Commanders’ ‘Battle Black’ uniforms are staying with some major changes. The team has been using their current uniforms since Dan Snyder changed the name for a second time, and his wife Tanya helped design the much-maligned lineup.
