Moore, who pleaded no contest to the two misdemeanors , is also prohibited from using drugs or alcohol, possessing firearms or contacting Shiver. “Today's sentence does not reflect the seriousness of Moore's unlawful entry and aggressive attack on Ms.

Shiver on December 10th,” Shiver's attorneys, Andrew M. Stroth and Steven A. Hart, tell PEOPLE in a statement.

Shiver accused Moore of breaking into her apartment “crying, yelling, enraged” on Dec. 10 after he was terminated from his coaching job. Shiver alleged that Moore “came at me with knives,” adding, “I was threatened, and I feared for my life.
