The Detroit Pistons are one step closer to knowing their first-round playoff opponent. The Charlotte Hornets won the first NBA play-in tournament game on Tuesday with a 127-126 victory in overtime against the Miami Heat. The Hornets will face the winner of Wednesday's game between the Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic.
