Royals outfielder Isaac Collins suffered an injury on Tuesday.

The Kansas City Royals  were defeated by the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday night. During the game, Royals outfielder Isaac Collins exited with an apparent injury. The Royals later announced that Collins suffered a right knee contusion .

It remains to be seen how much time Collins could end up missing with the injury. The Royals will monitor and provide updates on his status as they are made available. Collins, 28, was acquired in a trade from the Milwaukee Brewers during the offseason.
